All parents/guardians must complete Data Confirmation for each of their children before the start of school. Your child’s teacher will be posted in Aeries no later than 5pm on the evening of July 31st. Data Confirmation is the annual online process that requires parents and guardians to review, update, and confirm essential student and family information. This process helps to ensure the school district and each school site has accurate and current details for each enrolled Chino Valley USD student. During Data Confirmation, families will be able to edit and review information such as: Emergency Contacts Medical Conditions Authorizations District Policies To complete the Data Confirmation process, parents/guardians MUST be logged into their Aeries Parent Portal account.
