Dear All Star Family,
It is an honor to continue serving as the Assistant Principal at Country Springs as I enter my sixth year in this role. I am thrilled to partner with Mrs. Hyland in supporting our students, staff, and families throughout the 2026–2027 school year.
My passion for education began with my mother, a now‑retired high school math teacher. As a child, I watched the meaningful connections she built with her students—academically, socially, and emotionally. From the moment I played “teacher” with my younger siblings in first grade, I knew I wanted to make that same kind of impact.
I am grateful to be in my 14th year as an educator, a calling that continues to inspire me every day. Before becoming an administrator, I taught in Rowland Unified School District. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Studies and my teaching credential from Cal State Fullerton, followed by a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and my administrative credential from Cal Poly Pomona.
Building strong relationships with students, staff, families, and community partners is at the heart of my work. The more I understand the strengths, needs, and stories of the players and coaches on our All Star team, the better I can support them. Together, we will set high expectations and empower our students to become confident, compassionate, and impactful citizens.
Let’s hit the ball out of the park this year!
Mrs. Lani Davies
Assistant Principal (Manager)
