Dear All Star Family,
It is a pleasure to continue serving as the Assistant Principal for a fifth year at Country Springs. I am excited to work alongside Mrs. Hyland in supporting students, staff, and families throughout the 2025-2026 school year.
My dream of becoming an educator came from my mother, who is now a retired high school math teacher. As a young child, I watched the impact she made on her students, both in the areas of academics and social/emotional. Ever since the first grade, when I played “teacher” and my younger siblings were my “students,” I have prepared myself to be in a role where I can impact students.
I truly feel that I am in my calling, as this is now my thirteenth year as an educator. I formerly served as an elementary teacher for Rowland Unified School District. I received both my bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Studies and teaching credential from Cal State Fullerton. I earned my master’s degree in Educational Leadership and administrative credential from Cal Poly Pomona.
I prioritize building strong relationships with students, staff, families, and community partners. By better understanding the players and coaches of our All Star team, the better I can support them. Together, we can set high expectations for our students so that we can guide them to be impactful citizens in our world.
Let’s hit the ball out of the park!
Mrs. Lani Davies
Assistant Principal (Manager)
