Clubhouse News Country Springs Weekly School Newsletter

Week of 8/7/2026

Dear All Star Families,

As we get ready to open the gates for another exciting school year, we are thrilled to welcome all of our Country Springs All Stars back to the Ball Park! Our staff has been hard at work preparing for a fantastic year of learning, growth, and fun, and we cannot wait to see our students on the first day of school.

To help make arrival smooth and safe for everyone, please plan to arrive early during the first few weeks of school and allow extra time for traffic. We ask that families prepare students to exit vehicles safely and quickly in the designated drop-off areas. Please remember to follow all safety rules, including using crosswalks and never loading or unloading students in red zones.

Breakfast is available to all students beginning at 7:20 a.m., and everyone is welcome to participate. Parents should note that, with the exception of Kindergarten families on the first day of school, adults are not permitted on campus and should say their goodbyes at the gate. One (1)Kindergarten parent is invited to accompany their child to class on the first day of school to help make this special milestone a smooth and positive experience.

At the 7:47 a.m. bell, all students will line up on the playground with their classrooms and teachers. The school day begins at 7:50 a.m. School hours are 7:50 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily, with the exception of Wednesdays, when dismissal is at 11:20 a.m.

As you prepare for the school year, please label all student belongings with your child’s first and last name. We also recommend sending students with plenty of water each day and applying sunscreen before school so they can stay healthy and comfortable while enjoying outdoor activities.

Thank you for partnering with us to ensure a safe and successful start to the school year. We are excited to welcome our Country Springs All Stars back to the Ball Park and look forward to an amazing year together!

Lost and Found - LABEL ALL ITEMS

We’re excited to introduce a new system to help keep our Lost and Found organized and efficient. At the end of each month, all unclaimed items will be cleared out and donated to support families in need. This not only helps us maintain a tidy campus but also ensures that forgotten items find a second life.

To minimize the number of lost items, we kindly ask that all personal belongings—including jackets, water bottles, and lunch pails—are clearly labeled with your child’s name. Labeled items are much more likely to be returned quickly!

We also encourage parents to remind their children to check the Lost and Found regularly. As part of this new system, we’ll be incorporating student reminders at school to help build this habit.

Next donation will be on August 28, 2026.

Thank you for partnering with us to keep our school environment organized, responsible, and sustainable!

Counselor's Corner

Happy Summer!

We are excited to share that Ms. Ruiz, our school counselor, will be back next year and ready to help make the school year run smoothly for all of our students and families!

Be sure to look for her monthly Counselor's Corner Newsletter to stay informed about important updates, resources, and ways to support your child throughout the year.

Also, don't forget to recognize and reward your All Stars at home! Use the At-Home Trading Card to celebrate students who are following family expectations and making positive choices.
