Dear All Star Families,
As we head into Spring Break, we want to wish all of our students and their families a restful, fun, and refreshing week away from school. This year we have an extra day added to the break, and classes will resume on Tuesday, April 7th.
When we return, our K–2 students will begin the ESA #3 assessment, which will run for two weeks. Students in grades 3–6 will be preparing for the California State Testing (CAASPP), scheduled for April 20 – May 15. Your child's teacher will send you the testing schedule for your reference.
Attendance is incredibly important—especially during testing. We want all students at school and on time each day so they can do their very best on their assessments. Please help us support your child’s success by planning any appointments outside of these testing windows. We do not interrupt class sessions during testing unless there is an emergency. Daily attendance and punctual arrival are essential—let’s work together to finish the year strong!
Thank you for your continued support.
Have a wonderful and well‑deserved Spring Break!
Warm regards,
Monica Hyland
Principal
